1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter – the “Terms”) govern the conditions of product purchase, payment, delivery, return, and other related aspects when shopping online at www.sjgoods.lt.

1.3. Buyer – any natural or legal person purchasing goods on the www.sjgoods.lt website.
1.4. These Terms are binding for both the Buyer and the Seller from the moment the order is placed.
2. Conclusion of the Purchase–Sale Agreement
2.1. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded when the Buyer clicks the “Order” button in the online store and pays for the goods.
2.2. Each order is stored in the Seller’s system.
2.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods, and the Buyer agrees to accept them and pay the indicated price.

4. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in accordance with these Terms.
4.2. The Buyer must provide accurate personal data when placing an order.
4.3. The Buyer is obligated to pay for the goods on time and accept the delivery.
4.4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods (unless the product was custom-made or used).
5. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
5.1. The Seller reserves the right to modify website functionality, product assortment, or these Terms without prior notice.
5.2. The Seller commits to ensuring product quality and delivery within the specified timeframe.
5.3. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order if payment is not received on time.
6. Delivery of Goods
6.1. Goods are delivered within 1–5 business days unless stated otherwise.
6.2. Delivery is carried out via couriers or parcel lockers, as selected or agreed upon during the order.
6.3. Delivery costs are indicated during purchase and depend on the selected delivery method.
6.4. The Buyer must inspect the condition of the package upon receipt. In case of visible damage, a damage report must be completed.
7. Returns and Exchanges
7.1. Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.2. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
7.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly delivered.
7.4. Faulty or defective goods will be replaced with quality items, or if unavailable, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
8. Warranty and Product Quality
8.1. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s quality warranty (unlimited duration).
8.2. The warranty applies to manufacturing or material defects, such as:
- seam splitting;
- zipper malfunction (if not caused by mechanical damage);
- breakage of buckles or other parts not due to user fault.
8.3. The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- natural leather products may have variations in shade or texture – this is not considered a defect;
- the leather has naturally darkened, wrinkled, or changed texture – this is not considered a defect;
- the item was exposed to water, direct sunlight, or chemical substances;
- the item was not properly maintained (e.g., not cleaned according to care instructions);
- the item was mechanically damaged.
8.4. The warranty is valid only upon presentation of the purchase receipt.
9. Personal Data Protection
9.1. Buyer’s data is processed solely for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.
9.2. Data is not shared with third parties, except for couriers or payment partners necessary to complete the order.
9.3. The Buyer may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time.
10. Gift Vouchers
10.1. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
10.2. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
10.3. If the voucher value exceeds the product price, the remaining balance is not refunded.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful – in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
